Default spike trapper build? pvp

finally unlocked spike trap for my pvp ranger
my skills are set to
storm chase
spike trap
barb trap
flame trap
dust trap
dis shot
toll
res
atts are all in exp and WS
i use a pvp bow for weapon, cuz i duhno what kinda staff to get

any tip? (im new to pvp)

any staff with a good energy upgrade will help you...
maybe +5 haft...
or a wand-offhand combo, its up to you.

edit:
ill add serpent's quickness there if possible... recharges traps faster...

I'd say it'd be insanely ineffective if you went up against me ever in PVP ^^

I watch everyone when I play, and if I see a ranger laying traps.. slap slap.

Oath shot trapping is the best IMO.

Just use a Mantra of Resolve.

Spike Trap is very good btw.

if a team has multiple trappers on it, you may want to consider having one use spike trap and the other use oath shot.

the reason being, unless you have a well coordinated team you run a very real risk of using two spike traps in the same place, and that completely wastes the spike trap. so for you average "i dont have a mic" team, 1 of each is probably best.

What is troll doing there? Whirl Def ftw!! And yes mantra of Resolve is great if you can get it. If I had to remove 1 trap, it would be flame. Burning is good but not really life threatning.
